It’s very tender and served with a lemon butter sauce. You should try it. Guest: That sounds great. I would like the salmon for my main course, please. Waiter: Excellent choice. Would you like a side dish with that? Guest: Yes, could I have some roasted potatoes? Waiter: Certainly. And what can I get you to drink? Guest: I must have a glass of white wine today. It goes well with fish, right? Waiter: Yes, absolutely. I will bring your drink in a moment. Guest: Thank you. Oh, and could I have some water too? Waiter: Sure thing! I should bring that for you right away. Vocabulary: Main course — основное (горячее) блюдо. Side dish — гарнир (картошка, овощи, рис). That sounds great — отличная фраза-реакция на предложение официанта. Sure thing! — очень естественный, дружелюбный ответ официанта (вместо простого Yes). Right away — «сию минуту», «сейчас принесу». Grammar: Can / Could: используем для вежливых вопросов и просьб (Can you tell me... / Could I have...). Should: для рекомендаций и советов (You should try it / I should bring that). Must: для выражения сильного желания (I must have a glass of wine).
